Will today be the day?

Yep....It's a journey like nothing we have done before.
It's patience we have used like never before.
It's the everyday waking up and wondering....
Will today be the day?
The day our family will be like never before?
Will today be the day?
The day when someone asks....
and I can say there is 5 maybe 6 of us?

It's EVERYDAY.  It's especially EVERY MORNING....the feeling of....
Is today the day?
Will the call come today??

The Grotto

It a quiet, special place on the Campus of Notre Dame...
No matter how many times I kneel and pray there,
I am still overwhelmed with emotions.
On GameDay,
Ryan lit a candle for Baby 'Opia
and for
the rest of the children and families in Ethiopia!
Baby Opia~
We can not wait to have you home
but until then
We will pray for you and your Mother, Father, and family!

First Fridays....

The first Friday of every month the students of St. Joan of Arc celebrate Spirit Day.  They are allowed to wear the Monarch Butterfly....

So....when I showed Garyn his new shirt, the smile was irresistible!!!  He was so excited!  He loves his new school and his pride was proven by his reaction!!!

He had a GREAT first Spirit day.....

BEAUTY HAS RISEN BECAUSE OF THE HERO'S LOST ON THAT HORRIFIC DAY...

The Zoo....

Two Sundays ago, we surprised the kids after Mass and took them to the Zoo.
It is a place that NEVER gets old...and like the Museum, we plan to take many more trips there once we move.

Picture our day...

Part 2: Baby Levi....

This is just one of the many reason's we picked Ethiopia!

Ordinary Hero Blog: OH Team 3 Shares About Baby Levi: Team 3's last day in Ethiopia fell on the day that they received the sad news of little Baby Levi whom I blogged about yesterday. We all go ...
